Safety Accessories:

• Column Guards – U-shaped protector designed to go around the column down the aisle. Available in powder coated orange and hot-dipped galvanised (HDG)
• Corner Guards – Designed to shield the front and side of the upright at the end of the aisle, gangway or walkway. Available in powder coated orange and hot-dipped galvanised (HDG)
• End Wrap Barrier – Also known as Rack End Protector (REP) is fitted to the end of the pallet racking aisle and designed to protect the frame from low accidental impacts by your forklift.
• Beam Clips – Secures the beam to the upright, preventing accidental dislodgement
• Safe Work Load (SWL) Sign – Clearly indicates weight limits for each level and bay. It must be installed on racking as per AS4084:2023 Australian Standard
• Bollards – Available in yellow powder coated surface treatment (indoors) or hot-dipped galvanised (HDG), ideal for protecting areas around the warehouse, such as roller doors, personnel doors and emergency exits from accidental impact from a forklift or vehicle.
• Mesh Backing Sheets – Fitted to the back of pallet racking in conjunction with a stand-off post, they provide a safety barrier to keep stored products from falling onto pedestrians, forklifts, or vehicles below.

Structural and Support Accessories:

• Pallet Support Bars – Available in powder coated orange to suit either 838mm or 1219mm deep racking. Provide additional support for pallets, preventing sagging and ensuring stability.
• Mesh Decks – Designed to sit on top of your existing beams to create a shelf-like surface. They prevent items falling through the rack, open mesh allows water and sprinkler systems to pass through, reducing fire damage. They accommodate various size and shaped pallets.
• Chipboard – An affordable material that sits directly onto the racking beam, to allow smaller items, cartons, tools and equipment to be stored on racking and picked by hand.
• Board Supports – used in conjunction with boards/timber to prevent sagging due to exposure to moisture or continuous weight loads. They maintain the beam capacity, not increase the safe work load capacity.
• Z-clips – Used to retain and stop boards from moving.
• Row Spacers – also commonly known as frame ties are used to provide adequate spacing between two back-to-back rows of racking.
• Stand-off – 838mm and 1219mm are used to either increase the depth of a frame and 250/300mm is used for mesh backing, providing clearance from the back of the rack to the post.
• Shims / Levelling Plates – Ensures the racking system is level and stable on uneven floors.
• Footplates – Also known as base plates, are attached to the base of the vertical column. It distributes weight of the rack and stored goods onto the floor and provides stability. We stock footplates to suit 90mm uprights in 6 variations.
• Fork Entry Bars – Designed to provide forklift access to un-palletised goods such as plasterboard and chipboard
• Splice Kits – Used in repairs or to extend the height of existing pallet racking uprights.
• Hose Hangers – Hooks over the beam and allows the addition of hanging storage in your pallet racking system.
• Vertical Divider Arms – Non-loading bearing arms designed to separate products into sections when they are being stored vertically.
• Coil/Drum Supports – Secure and store cylindrical objects such as coils and industrial drums on pallet racking in a flat horizontal position.
• Cable Connectors – Designed to store cable drums, reels or spindles vertically, maximising space in the warehouse. Available in centre mount and front mounted.
