Description
Cable rack is an adaption of Apex Selective Pallet Racking and designed to store cable drums or spindles.
By storing your drums vertically, it increases your storage capacity.
Its a great space-saving storage solution and one that allows easy access to multiple products by your warehouse staff on the go.
At Global we offer two types of cable racking;
Center Mount
- Used for storing heavier loads up to 1,800kg
- Maximum frame height of 7315mm high.
- Best suited with spindle/pipe between 48-88mm OD
Front Mount
- Most suited for lighter loads up to 500kg.
- Maximum 4267mm high.
- Spindle/pipe up to 48mm OD

Additional Information
When quoting, Global Industrial will provide you with total bay capacities and spindle capacities per level.
To get started, we’ll need to know the following information;
| 1. What is the overall racking height required? |
2. Overall racking length? Or how many number of bays joined? (The most common beams sizes are listed below)

- 914mm beams = maximum 502mm clearance
- 1219mm beams = maximum 807mm clearance
- 1372mm beams = maximum 960mm clearance

3. What are the drum size/s?

I need installation, can Global arrange this?
Yes we can arrange installation. We use 3rd party installation companies. Please send us an email or enquiry form with your requirements to further discuss and provide pricing.
I need my warehouse or workspace fitted out with shelving, but not sure how to get started..

What methods of payment does Global accept?
We accept cash, Visa/Mastercard and direct deposit. Amex is not accepted.
Do Global products come with a warranty?
Global Industrial offers a lifetime warranty against structural failure on our Apex Racking products. This includes Pallet Racking, Longspan and Cantilever system.
Paramount Boxes have a 24 month ‘back-to-base’ warranty. This means is it’s the consumers responsibility to arrange for the toolbox to be returned to Global for further inspection. Please contact your nearest store for further information, such as terms and conditions and other products.
Does Global offer delivery?
Yes, we are happy to assist you with your delivery needs.
We use a combination of local couriers and national freight carriers with the followin services;
- Business to business with forklift
- Depot Pickups
- Home Delivery

You can find our office/showroom locations here.
Warehouses are open 8am – 4pm for pickups Monday to Friday. Offices are open 8am-4.30pm for placement of orders Monday to Friday.
We are closed on the weekend and public holidays.
