The Global Industrial Process
Planning Phase
The project began with an in-depth consultation to understand the client’s operations, product range, and warehouse flow. We assessed available floor space, material handling equipment (MHE), and storage objectives to define key criteria such as pallet capacity, picking efficiency, and safety requirements.
Site Considerations
As this was a new-build facility, our installation team could work without the usual constraints of existing operations or personnel. During the planning stage, we factored in the placement of all fire safety equipment to ensure the racking layout complied with clearance regulations and fire safety standards.
Design & Engineering process
Using CAD software, our team created a custom racking layout with detailed floor plans and elevations. All designs adhered to AS 4084:2023 standards, taking into account beam loads, frame heights, bridge bay spans, and safety features such as rack protection. Final drawings were reviewed collaboratively with the client to ensure operational alignment and future scalability.
Delivery & installation process
Once approved, all racking components were scheduled for delivery and arrived via multiple semi-trailers 1–2 days before installation commenced. Our experienced crew installed the system on time and to specification, with every component inspected for structural integrity and compliance. Upon completion, the fully operational system was handed over, ready for immediate use.
