Planning phase
- A very simple and straightforward planning phase as the customer had already decided on the layout.
- Outback Harvest we’re very clear on what they required, they provided their pallet weight and dimensions (1200mmL x 1200mmW x 1700mmH – 1,100KG each)
- They wanted to be able to store 3 pallets high per bay with the first pallet stored off the floor.

Design & engineering process
- The in-house Global Design Module was used to ensure the racking was designed to be compliant with AS4084:2012 and the correct frames and placement of beams was used to ensure this.
- 2591x100mm beams were used to take at least 2,200kgs UDL per level.

Delivery and installation process
- Global arranged for the materials to be delivered to site the day prior to installation.
- An installation company was subcontracted by Global to perform the install.
