At Global Industrial Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 109 368 676), we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. This policy outlines our approach to warranties, returns, and exchanges to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
APEX RACKING – Pallet Racking, Longspan Shelving, Cantilever Racking and Mezzanine Floors
Warranty
- As set out in the Apex Racking Warranty document.
Exclusions
- As set out in the Apex Racking Warranty document.
How to Claim

PARAMOUNT BOXES – Toolboxes
Warranty
- 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.
- Covers structural integrity of welding, body, and overall construction.
- Includes gas struts, locks, runners, and defects in rubber seals.
- Back-to-base warranty. (Purchaser is responsible for all return freight costs)
- Limited to the original purchaser.
- Product must be appropriately fitted and not altered in any way.
- Repair or replacement at the discretion of Global.
Exclusions
- Unintended or malicious damage.
- Vehicle collision.
- Intentional tampering.
- Theft or attempted theft.
- Items contained within the box.
- Corrosion and environmental damage.
How to Claim
- Customers or agents must provide:
- Customer information (name, phone number, email)
- Product details (model, name, badge number)
- Original purchase date
- Proof of purchase
- Fault description
- Supporting evidence
PARAMOUNT UTE TRAYS
Warranty
- 5-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
- 5 years on welding and structural steel and aluminium.
- 2 months on wearing parts such as hinges, catches, latches, gas struts, rubber seals, and tray locks.
- 12 months covering peeling or major defects.
Exclusions
- Does not cover stone chips, scratches, or fading.
- Exceeding the vehicle’s legal payload or the tray’s design capacity.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and surface rust (outside the 12-month rust period).
- Neglect or lack of maintenance, including failure to clean, lubricate moving parts, or tighten mounting bolts.
- Corrosion and environmental damage, including salt spray, chemical fallout, and “white rust” on zinc-plated components.
- Improper installation, including unauthorised alterations, welding, or incorrect fitting to the chassis.

- Customers or agents must provide:
- Customer information (name, phone number, email)
- Product details (model, name, number)
- Original purchase date
- Proof of purchase
- Fault description
- Supporting evidence
ALL OTHER GLOBAL PRODUCTS
Warranty
- 12-month warranty.
- Covers manufacturing defects, material quality, and structural integrity.
- Repair or replacement at the discretion of Global.
- Back-to-base warranty. (Purchaser is responsible for all return freight costs)
- Limited to the original purchaser.
Exclusions
- Excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, or improper/non-standard usage.

- Product details (model, name, number)
- Original purchase date
- Proof of purchase
- Fault description
- Supporting evidence
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Returns for non-faulty goods (including change of mind or incorrect selection) are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost (back-to-base).
- A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Additional Conditions
- Original freight charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned goods.
- Global Industrial is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Outcomes
- Approved returns may be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
EXCHANGES
Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection
- Exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to the same eligibility criteria as above.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference may be issued as a store credit or refund at Global Industrial’s discretion.
- Additional freight charges may apply.
Faulty, Damaged or Non-Compliant Goods
- Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
- For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- For minor failures, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
- No restocking fees apply to faulty, damaged, or non-compliant goods.
