We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please ensure you provide a valid house or business address for delivery along with a contact phone number should we require to contact you for any reason.

Although our couriers offer door to door service please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to unload the courier. Some items may be heavy and a forklift may be required to unload on the receiving end.

We use a range of transport companies for our interstate and local freight, and all provide consignment numbers for tracking.

Dispatch normally takes 1-2 business days after payment is cleared, however due to our vast product range and some larger products this may not be occur. If this is the case you will be notified.

Once in the hands of couriers, freight times are out of our control.
